We would like to welcome a creative and process driven colleague to join our team in Warsaw, Poland.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• You initiate and oversee the dunning process and respond to clients queries in this regard.
• You ensure timely and accurate payment booking and support the reconciliation of customers' accounts.
• You calculate bad debt provision and prepare overdue reports for month-end closure.
• You process write-offs and refer cases to external collection agency or lawyers.
• You cooperate with Key Account Managers and Accounting Team to ensure best service quality
• You trigger and supervise the automated processes and tasks done by robots.
• You participate in process improvements and new initiatives.

Who are we looking for

• French B2+ and English at least at B2 level.
• SAP knowledge
• Attention to detail and ability to execute various different processes adhering strictly to all guidelines.
• Ability to work with numbers and high volumes as well as the ability to work efficiently in a complex, dynamic, changing environment.
• Logical thinking and ability to learn.
• Ability to work with deadlines.
• Problem-solving attitude.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work with various computer systems/applications.
• Experience in working in an international environment.
