Meet the team behind this journey

We're looking for a Commercial Account Executive to help us accelerate growth across DeepL's commercial segment (up to 500 employees) in the Benelux region. In this role, you'll own the full sales cycle with a focus on bringing in new business - building real relationships with clients and helping them break down language barriers with our market-leading AI translation technology.

The role can be based in London or Amsterdam.

Your responsibilities

• Be a driving force in DeepL's growth by introducing our translation solutions to businesses across Benelux - helping them communicate across borders with confidence
• Become a trusted expert on our products and a genuine partner to customers, understanding their needs and finding the right solutions for them
• Guide prospects through the full sales cycle - from first conversation to close - with care, clarity and purpose
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of new business, while identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
• Work collaboratively with our SDR, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver a seamless experience for every prospect and customer
• Keep your pipeline organised and your forecasting sharp - tracking opportunities, use cases, timeframes, and next steps
• Contribute to a team culture where everyone's success is shared

Qualities we look for

• 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience
• Background in software or SaaS sales is a plus - but a strong learning mindset matters just as much
• Strong communication, organisation, and presentation skills - you know how to build trust and tell a compelling story
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment and able to adapt when priorities shift
• A collaborative spirit - you enjoy lifting others up as much as you enjoy your own wins
• Fluency in Dutch OR French and English is essential
