ABOUT THE POSITION

Community and Social Media Specialist at BURGA is more than just a title - it's a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that's taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.

Your role: you'll build meaningful relationships with our audience, manage BURGA France social media accounts, turn followers into true BURGA fans, and take part in creating engaging, trend-driven content. Working closely with marketing, creative, and brand teams, you'll help shape how BURGA is perceived, experienced, and discussed online every day.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Represent BURGA's brand voice across French-speaking social media channels and online communities

- Build and nurture an engaged community by responding to comments, messages, mentions, and reviews

- Grow and manage BURGA France organic social media presence with a strong focus on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube

- Monitor, manage, and respond to both positive and negative feedback in a professional, on-brand way

- Plan and execute community communication initiatives and social media activations

- Stay on top of social media trends, viral formats, memes, trending sounds, and adapt them creatively for BURGA

- Collaborate with creators, designers, editors, and marketing teams to deliver impactful content

- Track and analyze community engagement and content performance, sharing insights and improvements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Fluency in French (written and spoken) and excellent English skills

- Proven experience in community management and/or social media, ideally within e-commerce or lifestyle brands

- Strong understanding of social platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram

- Interest in French pop culture, digital marketing, and social media trends

- Confidence in engaging with online communities and handling feedback constructively

- Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- A strong desire to learn, grow, and experiment with new ideas

SALARY: 1450-1850 EUR/Month GROSS. We're open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
