Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate content posted by users on our social platform in French to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Identify, report, and take action against inappropriate or harmful content promptly.
• Engage with users by responding to inquiries, comments, and feedback in a professional and friendly manner.
• Document moderation activities and generate reports on trends, user behavior, and platform quality.
• Collaborate with the moderation team to suggest improvements to our content moderation processes.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and regulations related to social media and content moderation.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role in social media is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for identifying potential issues.
• Outstanding communication skills, especially in engaging with users effectively.
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Open-mindedness and cultural sensitivity when interacting with diverse online communities.
• Familiarity with various social media platforms and moderation tools is an advantage.
