Meet the Team:As a Contracting Administration Representative, you will play a vital role in efficiently creating and managing contracts for Dexcom. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely contract execution and maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. This role involves managing a variety of contracts, including medical events, sponsorships, donations, and others. The representative closely collaborates with cross-functional teams and contributes to the overall success of the company's marketing and sales objectives.
Where you come in:- Contract Administration: Develop and maintain accurate records related to the entire lifecycle of contracts with vendors, suppliers, venues, and other relevant parties in the contract management and compliance systems.
- Contract Planning Support: Collaborate with internal team members, such as Marketing, Sales, Legal, Compliance, and other teams, to gather all necessary requirements and ensure contractual obligations are met. Assist in developing contract plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Financial Management: Assist in Invoice and payment status tracking and facilitation.
- Initial assessment and contract requesters' guidance on engagement adherence to Compliance, Legal and Procurement Policies.
- Assorted administrative support for Event Managers. Maintain close communication and collaboration with team members to facilitate education on process compliance where necessary.
- Undertake any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the management to support the overall objectives of the team and the company.

- Knowledge of Porzio, Ironclad or other contract management systems is a plus.

Travel Required:Experience and Education Requirements:- Typically requires a minimum of 0-4 years of related experience and a High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.

Monthly base salary for this position is from €1,643.33 to €1,933.33 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
