We are looking for a new colleague to become a part of our France Contract team based in Poland.
Your main task will be to support our Contract Group department in the area of consultants' contracts. This also includes various administrative tasks related to following the entire contract process in terms of rules, taxes, and regulations. Maintaining close contact with our sales department and other internal departments is an important part of the daily routine.
You will have a great influence on shaping your own working day and be responsible for, but not limited to: - Creating and processing contracts to the clients and consultants,
- Collecting master and contract data in the systems,
- Managing contract templates and adjusting them according to client framework agreements,
- Assisting the Account Managers and Finance Department in different administrative tasks,
- Follow-up and collection of missing documents,
- Synchronization of data in all databases by close and continuous contact with the sales department, consultants and clients of emagine, to ensure that our systems are always updated and current, and in turn the contracts and invoices as well,
- Participating in the development and overall optimization projects to support the continued growth in emagine.

We prefer that you: - have at least 1 year of experience in working with contracts, documents, and back-office systems,
- work fluently with Microsoft Office (especially word and excel),
- have a good eye for details and numbers,
- have good analytical skills,
- learn fast and is open to challenges,
- have professional communication skills inFrenchandEnglish,
- have an outgoing and service-minded personality,
- are flexible and know how to prioritize your tasks and structure your work,
- have a natural flair for and are motivated by working with people and have a good understanding of the importance of being a support function to others,
- have a high level of drive, initiative, persistence and are result oriented.
