Own car strongly preferred Language Fluent French essential; English useful Travel and expenses 6 MAD per kilometre mileage; EUR 100 per night where an overnight stay is required; EUR 12 per dinner; no reimbursement where the candidate's home is within 60 miles of the work site
Why this role exists
This is additional headcount on the same Traction 3kV project as the Coordinateur MOEI role, requested by TRACTEDIS alongside that replacement, but it is a distinct function: quality control and site supervision of works execution, supporting the coordinator and the project manager, rather than coordination itself.
What the contractor will do
Check the conformity of executed works against the execution drawings and the DCE (tender/contract documents).
Maintain a regular site presence across the project's worksites (SST Temara and other Traction 3kV work areas).
Take part in hold points, critical points and joint inspections with the works contractor.
Write control and site-visit reports.
Contribute to Non-Conformity Reports (FNC), working in liaison with the Coordinateur MOEI and the quality manager.
Verify the works contractor's execution documents (PAQ, procedures, method statements).
What we are looking for
Technician or engineer with experience in control or supervision of rail or electrical works.
Familiarity with quality frameworks such as SNCF IG/IN or the Moroccan equivalent, and able to adopt TRACTEDIS's own procedures.
Able to read execution drawings and identify discrepancies on site.
Rigorous and autonomous on site, with good relational skills with the works contractor's teams.
Fluent French is essential; English is useful.
