Requisition summary
Field Value Client TRACTEDIS (end client ONCF), Project Traction 3kV package, LGV Kenitra-Marrakech, Colas Rail / TRACTEDIS joint venture Positions 1 Headcount with TRACTEDIS. Contractor works from a base in Skhirat, Rabat or Casablanca, with deployment as needed to any of 15 other work locations along the rail line Worker type Independent contractor, invoicing TRACTEDIS directly Pay rate EUR 250 to 300 per day (8-hour day) Time commitment Full time Target start date As soon as possible. This is a live continuity role, the previous coordinator has left the mission Duration Long term, aligned to the duration of the Traction 3kV contract. Exact end date still to be confirmed (the SOW references confirming this with someone named "Simon", not yet identified) Location / work mode Onsite, Morocco. Working hours follow Morocco time (GMT/GMT+1), 1 to 2 hours behind Paris depending on the season, with daytime overlap for collaboration with the TRACTEDIS France team Driving licence Mandatory. Own car strongly preferred Language Fluent French essential (daily exchanges with ONCF and Colas Rail); English useful for exchanges with Deel Travel and expenses 6 MAD per kilometre mileage; EUR 100 per night where an overnight stay is required; EUR 12 per dinner; no reimbursement where the candidate's home is within 60 miles of the work site
Why this role exists
TRACTEDIS works in joint venture with Colas Rail, on behalf of ONCF, on the Traction 3kV package of the LGV Kenitra-Marrakech high-speed line (covering the SST Temara site and associated substations such as Ain Sebaa). The Coordinateur MOEI previously on this project has left the mission, and continuity of internal project-management coordination on site is needed now. Coordinators work from one of three base cities, with deployment as needed to any of 15 further work locations along the rail line.
What the contractor will do
Coordinate Maitrise d'Oeuvre Interne (MOEI) on the Traction 3kV worksites (SST Temara and other project areas).
Track and update the programme of hold points and critical points for works, covering both civil works and electrical installations.
Open, instruct and follow Non-Conformity Reports (FNC), working with the quality manager and the works contractor (Colas Rail).
Act as the daily technical interface with Colas Rail (the works contractor) and ONCF (the client) on execution matters.
Attend weekly progress meetings, both with the Colas Rail / TRACTEDIS joint venture and with ONCF.
Track implementation drawings and escalate execution discrepancies to the design office.
Report regularly to TRACTEDIS management.
What we are looking for
Engineer or experienced technician in electrical / rail systems, ideally with experience in electric traction (1500 Vdc / 3 kV) or HTB/HTA high voltage.
MOE or MOEI coordination experience on a rail or electrical worksite, ideally in an international environment.
Able to read and work from electrical implementation drawings and DCE (tender/contract) documents.
Rigorous on site quality processes: the FNC procedure, hold points and critical points, and the PAQ (quality assurance plan).
Autonomous on site, with strong relational skills with both the works contractor and the client.
Fluent French is essential; English is useful for exchanges with Deel.
