YOUR ROLE AT SIXT- You handle client requests via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- You assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, including alternative options when required
- You ensure a consistently high standard of service with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- You listen actively to accurately identify and understand client needs
- You provide prompt, commercially minded responses to customer inquiries
- You read, understand, and process invoices, supporting basic accounting tasks
