Over the past few years, WeTravel has built strong momentum across Europe, with successful expansion across markets like the UK, Ireland and Italy. France is one of our next major growth opportunities, and I'm building a team to help us accelerate our presence in the market.

This role combines Account Executive and Business Development responsibilities. You'll have support and best practices to lean on, but you'll also be expected to figure things out, test ideas and adapt quickly to shape the market

How We Work

At WeTravel, our Sales team combines autonomy with strong collaboration. As an Account Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle - from initial outreach and discovery calls to product demos, closing deals, and smoothly handing off to onboarding.

We focus on understanding each client's unique needs and aligning our solutions to match. You won't just sell - you'll guide and support potential customers in discovering how WeTravel (products) can truly help their business thrive.

We value proactive, solution-oriented individuals who aren't afraid to take initiative, spot opportunities, and act on them. You'll spend most of your time doing what actually moves the needle: prospecting, demoing, and following up with qualified leads.

You Should Apply If You

• Are a native French speaker and fully proficient in English (required)
• Feel confident on the phone and comfortable with cold outreach
• Have strong communication and presentation skills
• Are passionate about helping small to mid-sized businesses grow
• Have some experience with inside sales via email and phone
• Have worked in B2B sales, ideally with small businesses
• Are familiar with CRM tools like HubSpot
• Bonus if you come from a hospitality or travel background and understand how tour operators think

You Might Not Be The Right Fit If You

• Don't enjoy outbound sales or initiating contact with new prospects.
• Aren't comfortable managing a full sales cycle independently.
• Struggle with organization or adapting to fast-changing priorities.

On a Weekly Basis You Will Find Yourself

• Prospecting and connecting with tour operators in France and Belgium
• Acting as a business developer - we'll provide lead lists, but we'll also count on you to source your own, gather market insights, and help us break into the France & Benelux region effectively
• Running engaging demos that clearly show the value of WeTravel
• Managing your pipeline in HubSpot and keeping deals moving forward
• Closing new business and ensuring a smooth handoff to our onboarding team
• Sharing market feedback with our product and marketing teams to shape what comes next
• Collaborating with a friendly, high-performing team that genuinely loves what they do

Benefits

• Attractive compensation - uncapped commission. Base Full-time Salary is 48,600 (EUR) (On Target Earnings: Year 1 OTE = EUR 95,000, Year 2 OTE = EUR 130,000)
• Full-time - Fixed Term Contract (as International Contractor).

• As a member of our international team, you'll work full-time under a B2B contractor agreement, with monthly payments in USD.
