This role is part of our Creative and Media team based in Rotterdam and Amsterdam. Our team is a vibrant mix of talents, ranging from Creatives, Brand Strategists, and Influencer Marketers to Account Managers, Producers, and Video Editors. As a creative digital marketing agency, we mix old-fashioned creative storytelling with the best of what today's technology has to offer to deliver exceptional and engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients like Beiersdorf, Canva, and Biscoff, to name a few.
JOB PURPOSEWe are looking for a copywriter who knows the difference between guillemet and guilleret. You're a wizard with words, indomitable when it comes to deadlines, and infinitely interesting (on the internet, at least). Good grammar is of course part of your arsenal, but above all, humor, creativity and guts are part of your ammunition to blow the customer and your colleagues away every day.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Create copy for different marketing communications, such as social copy, SEO copy, newsletter flows, and more complex whitepapers
- Write creative copy and collaborate on creative concepts
- Work closely with our clients to produce the best possible copy
- Focus and consult specifically on French-language copy, in addition to some Dutch copy
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR- Native-level writing and speaking ability in (standard) French and Dutch, and ideally English as well
- As we have many clients in Belgium, a Belgian copywriter with awareness of and insight into Flemish and Wallonian culture would be preferred
- A few years of experience as a copywriter, preferably at a digital agency
- An eye for detail & design: you are a real language nerd and spot every grammar mistake
- Someone who is available 32-40 hours a week
