We're looking for a French and English speaking Credit Controller with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable knowledge with exceptional communication skills both written and verbal to join our Hallmark Business Services team based in Bradford.
Working with local finance teams and customers based throughout Continental Europe, UK & Ireland, you'll collect monies due on our accounts receivable ledger, bringing all types of customer queries to a swift resolution, ensuring accounts are up to date and credit limits are not unduly affected. You will also ensure suppliers are paid on time and deal with any associated queries.
You'll need knowledge of Credit Control including cashbook and banking and Accounts Payable is advantageous, but it's your exceptional customer service, communication and excel skills that will give you the edge in this role. We'd be really interested to speak with you if:
- Love a challenge, have excellent attention to detail and easily prioritise to maximize every opportunity.
- You have knowledge of the full AP & AR end to end processes.
- You're a whizz with digital software, specifically Excel, would be a significant advantage.
- You have an understanding of working in a customer facing role within Financial Service, Finance, Credit Control or similar industry.
- Advanced level spoken and written French language and excellent spoken English. Dutch language would also be an advantage.
- You have an investigative mind set for resolving queries quickly, taking ownership to deliver the highest customer service experience.
