Inviting applications for the role of Credit Risk & Collection Specialist (AR) & Credit Team - Mangement Trainee - French - Remote EMEA
The Accounts Receivable (AR) & Credit Team Lead will be responsible for the effective and efficient performance of the AR & Credit teams, reporting to the Finance - Ops Lead.
Responsibilities
• Performs risk assessment for new customers and existing customers as per request.
• Provides feedback explaining the business reasons why the credit limit has been/hasn't been granted.
• Proactively reviews credit limit reports to avoid unnecessary order hold and propose action.
• Performs credit cash collection, assuring proper follow-up is in place
• Responsible for order releases for the portfolio assigned.
• Provides detailed information on reasons for overdue amounts at month-end, actions taken and path forward for permanent resolution.
• Performs disputes analysis and focuses on resolution of most important items.
• Ensures the compliance of credit process with applicable policies and procedures.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• University degree in Accounting/Finance or Accounting professional.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Credit Management or Accounts Receivable area.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French & English are a must, additional languages are a plus
Preferred Qualifications
• Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and email programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a change agent.
• Results oriented.
• Strong customer focus skills.
• Able to deal with uncertainty, stress and changing environment.
