What you will enjoy doing

- You will be responsible for managing and monitoring overdue accounts, contacting customers by phone and email to discuss and implement payment solutions.

- Further more your duties include analyzing outstanding balances, establishing payment plans, monitoring commitments made

- You will also accurately be recording interactions in the system, and adhering to internal procedures, while always ensuring an ethical and customer-focused approach.

What makes you great

-Minimum requiredSecondary school (High School) is required for this role
-You have aUniversity Degree (Preferable)
-You speak French ata native level and English level B2 (mandatory)
-Customer Serviceexperience (customer support, handling customer complaints) with a minimum of 3year
-SAP/ERP/Salesforcebasic knowledge preferred
-You have ExcelKnowledge (Pivot Tables, Formulas, vlookups, conditionals, etc. (preferable)
-You are proactiveand focused on responding promptly to actions
-In addition you aredata accurate and detail oriented

This role is a full time position based on a limited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 07:00 hrs till 16:00 hrs.
