Job Description- Creates customer-centric communications and the execution of multi-channel lifecycle campaigns that drive customer activation, engagement, and reactivation across the markets
- Sets up manual & automated mailings and push notifications to ensure every touchpoint aligns with customer needs and supports the strategic vision.
- Leverage state-of-the-art development and testing approaches, combined with modern technology, to ensure that campaigns are constantly improving and meeting business objectives.
- Creates engaging and relevant content for direct marketing initiatives to existing customers to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Implementation of Central CRM campaigns (Push Notifications, Newsletters)
- Monitors campaign performance to ensure consistency, streamline monitoring and leverage insights for impactful interactions and knowledge sharing
- Benchmarking, providing new ideas for touchpoints in A/B test scenarios
- Aligns with other functions e.g., Campaigns & Promotions, CRM, Own Brand Food acceleration, and others within the company.
Qualifications- First experience in Marketing Automation and CRM experience
- BSc+ degree in business administration, e-commerce, marketing, tech, or related field.
- Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for understanding customers and driving Campaigns
- Fluent in English, and French at a fluent level (B2)
