As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging. You will work closely with product, content, design, and acquisition teams to build a seamless and personalized customer experience for our French-speaking player base.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end CRM strategy for the French market: planning, segmentation, execution, and analysis
Launch and manage retention, reactivation, and loyalty campaigns tailored to user behavior and lifecycle stage
Collaborate with copywriters and designers to develop engaging and localised content
Work closely with analysts and BI to understand performance metrics and optimize campaign effectiveness
Coordinate with acquisition and product teams to align CRM messaging across channels
Maintain campaign calendar and ensure timely delivery of all communications
Identify opportunities for automation and personalization, enhancing player engagement
A/B test messages, subject lines, and timing to maximize performance and player satisfaction
Monitor competitor activity in the French-speaking markets and apply best practices
What We're Looking For:
Native French speaker - with excellent communication and copywriting skills
2+ years of experience in CRM, ideally in iGaming, digital, or entertainment industries
Proficient with CRM tools (Optimove, Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar platforms)
Strong understanding of player lifecycle, segmentation, and customer journey mapping
Data-driven mindset with confidence using KPIs and analytics to inform decisions
Team player with excellent organizational skills and a proactive attitude
Fluency in English is also required
