Do you have full recruitment lifecycle experience? If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join our Recruitment team, where you could lead end-to-end recruitment for WTW.

The Role

We are looking for Cross-Segment Recruiter fluent in French to be based in Portugal, who will be responsible for managing and supporting WTW's recruitment efforts across all our lines of business in France. This will include specific assignment management for junior level positions all the way up to senior roles.

What the role looks like:
  • Manage the entire life cycle of the recruiting process for assigned job openings, from internal approval processes to candidate management, to interview process and feedback
  • Partner with hiring managers to establish hiring requirements and overall recruiting strategy for a search and work seamlessly with Recruiting, Business and HR teams to execute
  • Source candidates based upon a broad-based strategy with a focus on direct sourcing
  • Screen candidates against specific selection criteria, complete written evaluations and share with hiring team
  • Confidently articulate our competitive offer, manage offer extension, and effectively close candidates
  • Support the onboarding of new hires
  • Champion inclusion and diversity to ensure that the very best talent, irrespective of age/sex/ethnicity etc, are recruited

The Requirements

About you!
  • Total fluency in French and English (oral and written communication skills)
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience of successful corporate full life cycle recruiting experience for a professional services firm; experience working for an HR consulting firm is a major plus
  • Expertise in candidate attraction, management, and assessment
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and assessment tools
  • Strong client relationship and team skills; ability to develop strong relationships quickly and maximize resources effectively
  • Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and self sufficient
  • Strong organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance-driven environment managing multiple deliverables
  • Demonstrable success leveraging direct sourcing strategies and tools is critical to the role to be successful
