As a Customer Administration Specialist, you will join the Ricoh Global Services team, performing the following tasks:
• Reviewing and correcting invoices to align them with customer needs, considering global RIMA contracts.
• Reviewing and correcting contracts to ensure alignment with agreed terms in both local and global agreements.
• Managing customer administrative requests.
• Handling credit notes and re-invoicing, both system-based and manual, to correct erroneous or rejected invoices.
• Conducting global and specific analyses to find solutions to billing issues.
• Interacting with other departments and OpCo representatives across EMEA to find agreed solutions or share relevant information.
• Managing periodic manual actions to ensure correct billing that is not supported by the system.
• Creating periodic or on-demand reports for customers.
• Proficiency in French language.
• Some fluency in English is necessary as communication with other teams and management is developed in this language.
• Experience in similar tasks as described.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (will be tested)
• Ability to multitask in administrative tasks.
• Agility to adapt to new processes.
• Organized and methodical approach to administrative work.
• Strong analytical skills.
