Customer Care Consultant (French speaking - parttime) BOLIA

About the job

As a Customer Care Consultant for our French market, you will become an ambassador for BOLIA. You will work at our beautiful head office in Værkmestergade and become part of the inspiring BOLIA culture - which is based on training and development, engaging colleagues and creating unique customer experiences.

For this position, the focus is on sales and service, and we work hard to provide a superbrand service to all our customers. If you have a background in the service industry, this will be a great advantage.
It is also important that you understand the balance between thoroughness and efficiency. We work in a fast-paced environment, where the perfect solution is measured by both speed and substance. You will have a wide network of contacts, both inside and outside the organization. It is key that you have good collaboration skills, and the ability to keep a cool head and a good mood even when things are busy.

Your working hours will be between 12 and 15 hours per week.

Your tasks are diverse and will include:

• Advising customers and stores by phone, email and social media
• Handling complaints and ensuring satisfactory and quick resolutions for customers
• Follow-up on payments, deliveries and other customer-related administrative tasks
• Working closely with the other departments and our stores
• Ensuring optimal workflows and solutions for the customer and BOLIA, independently and in collaboration with your colleagues

Our Customer Care is currently open from 8 am to 7 pm every day of the week (except Sundays), but your primary working hours as a consultant will be from 08:00 to 16:00 from Monday to Friday. However, you will have an evening shift from 12:30 to 19:00 as well as a weekend shift (Saturday) from 09:00-16:00 approx. once or twice a month.

Your competencies:

• You speak and write fluent French - this is a requirement.
• You are also fluent in written and spoken English, and it is a plus if you also speak Danish, though this is not a requirement
• Experience with telephone and written customer service will be an advantage
• You are very service-minded and put the customer first
• You take pride in solving tasks quickly and efficiently
• You are motivated by performance reviews and see them as a way to grow
• You are a good team player and help everyone reach the goal
• Experience with D365 will be an advantage
• You master the office suite and have an interest and flair for IT.
