What you will do
Customer Relationship Manager support Sales with revenue generating activities and acts as a point of contact for customers post sale and during the life of their service with our business. A CRM is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and customers with a primary focus on supporting Sales in bringing customers into our business and once onboarded, strive to make it effortless for the customers to do business with Colt as well as enhancing customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. Customer Relationship Managers ensure customer needs are met and they have a positive and rewarding experience with the organization.
What we're looking for
Typical tasks and responsibilities will include:
• Welcoming new customers into Colt and educating customers about our systems, tools and processes, empowering them to engage digitally and self-serve though use of the Colt Portal
• Understanding customer requests and match to Colt's product offering
• Supporting transactional sales activities, contract renewals and sales projects for dedicated accounts
• Coordinating pricing, quoting and ordering activities and collaborate with other internal teams to create and complete orders and CRM support in a timely and accurate manner and met customer service requirements
• Initiating and leading regularly in customer meetings, focused on customer management topics and proactively give escalation support
