Customer Service Representative — French speaking | Full-time

Your responsibilities

• Managing incoming calls and emails
  
• Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  
• Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  
• Providing accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods and tools
  
• Meeting personal and team targets and case handling quotas
  
• Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts and filing documents
  
• Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  

What we are looking for

• Native or near-native level in French
  
• Good command of English
  
• Good MS Office skills
  
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  
• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to adapt to different types of characters
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
