CX Specialist with French (transport & logistics)

As an CX Specialist with French, you will be responsible for overseeing and controlling the billing of transport services related to sales, managing transport-related cost
overruns, and handling operational disputes. You will also monitor performance indicators, handle billing anomalies, and ensure compliance with standard transport procedures.
Key responsibilities:
Identify, monitor, and resolve disputes related to transportation operations. Manage and analyze logistics cost overruns across all transport modes and service types.
Ensure proper handling and validation of non-standard transport methods for road
shipments.
Investigate and address anomalies in transport billing for sales (e.g., discrepancies in
quantity, pricing, missing POs, etc.).
Maintain and analyze performance dashboards for all transport modes and communicate
results as part of performance management efforts
