Customer Support Specialist (French Bilingual)
Job Highlights:
-Day 1 HMO for you and two (2) of your dependents.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing customer queries by responding to calls from clients of Stealth Monitoring.
- Building basic reporting to help track, manage, and improve our efficiency and effectiveness across our communications.
- May be required to work in one or multiple work queues/skill sets over various customer contact channels, systems, and tools, according to the business needs
- Delivers at high performance level of response and resolution time, first-contact-resolution and customer satisfaction
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of and adherence to, standard operating procedures
- Escalates issues to the appropriate departments for higher levels of support
- Know and adhere to all current company policies, procedures, and protocols and any others that the company may introduce or revise from time to time
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience
- Previous experience in a customer service setting, preferably in BPO and North America clients.
- Willingness to learn new technologies in CCTV monitoring
- Always remain alert during working hours
- Ability to sit for long period while carrying out monitoring duties
- Ability to respond quickly and decisively to potential security situations
- Excellent team player
- Flexible in assuming assigned shifts
- Computer literate and excellent knowledge/willingness to learn of video monitoring software
- Highly detail-oriented to ensure that all work performed is of the highest quality and meets all defined protocols
