The successful candidate will be working within a fast paced, exciting and highly productive environment. This is a demanding, responsible, varied, exciting and challenging role where a passion for customers, sport and betting is essential. We have highly ambitious plans and we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers by addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver customer service through online and phone support
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Provide solutions to customers with the help of supervisors from different departments
- Provide detailed information about websites, procedures, payments and requests
- Inform customers about deals and promotions
- Excellent knowledge of French, other languages are a big plus
- Enjoy finding solutions to a variety of problems and supporting customers in a friendly and productive manner
- Curiosity and interest in digital products and applications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High level of flexibility and adaptability to maneuver in a very dynamic environment
