A day in the life of.

As a Customer Experience Specialist, no two days are exactly the same. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with questions, solving issues and making sure they have the best possible experience.

From answering customer queries and troubleshooting problems to guiding users through the platform, you'll combine your communication skills with your problem-solving mindset.

You'll work closely with your team, learn more about the fintech industry and continuously look for ways to improve the customer experience.

• Native-level French and C1 level in English (any other language is a plus)
• Clear and empathetic communication is crucial for effectively addressing user issues and guiding them through solutions

• Ensuring accurate information, monitoring flagged content, and upholding community standards require a sharp eye for details
