YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You investigate and process damage claims efficiently, ensuring they align with our guidelines
• You collaborate with internal teams, insurance companies, authorities, and damage experts
• You provide exceptional customer service and communicate with clients in French
• You make informed decisions, contributing to a seamless claims management process
• You handle a variety of cases, keep your work dynamic and enhance quality standards

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• You have previous experience in claims management or customer service and a passion for client interaction
• You possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a problem-solving mindset
• You demonstrate outstanding communication and negotiation skills and have a solution-focused working style,
• You can interact effectively with clients, insurance companies, and legal entities
• You are fluent in French & English (Mandatory)
