Data Analyst with French

We are expanding our team and seeking a talented French-speaking Data Analyst with broad language and country experience, eager to work on impactful solutions that protect millions of users worldwide.

Essential functions

• Utilize native-level proficiency in the French language to analyze conversation data.
• Collaborate with Machine Learning teams to provide high-quality data for fraud detection models.
• Manipulate and analyze large datasets using Python and emerging data technologies.
• Engineer and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs), understanding their capabilities and limitations.
• Develop insights into scam tactics specific to France to enhance detection strategies.
• Independently troubleshoot and solve analytical problems within project scopes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Strong skills in data manipulation and analysis, especially with Python.
• Experience working with Machine Learning teams and providing robust data support.
• Knowledge of current data technologies, methodologies, and prompt engineering for LLMs.
• Familiarity with scam tactics specific to France.
• Experience developing test automation for ETL/data pipelines is a plus.
• An agentic approach to workflow automation and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

Would be a plus

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with Google tools and technologies related to Python and data analysis.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong collaboration skills and adaptability to ambiguity.
