Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Migration Analyst to join our Accounting team within the Finance and Risk Platform. You will be part of the "Auxiliary Accounting" squad (COX), contributing to the development of invoice management activities for the Caisses d'Epargne and Banques Populaires networks through the XRP ULTIMATE software, customized by our teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly communicate with various establishments to monitor the progress of their migration and configuration activities for XRP, ensuring timely file submissions.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of parameter data files provided by establishments.
• Perform integration operations of data or parameter files into the XRP system.
• Support establishments during the certification phases, conducting migration controls.
• Conduct qualitative assessments of the data transmitted by establishments during data availability.
• Address incident tickets that may arise during certification campaigns.
• Participate in migration presentation meetings and team/project/product discussions under the guidance of the migration manager.

Qualifications

• Proficient in the French language with strong interpersonal skills, essential for interacting with our XRP contacts in establishments.
• A high degree of precision and organizational skills is required, with a focus on meeting deadlines and ensuring client satisfaction. You should also demonstrate firmness and discipline when necessary to maintain project timelines.
• Ability to integrate smoothly into a team, with excellent listening skills for project management and banking establishment needs.
• Adaptability to frequently changing directions and proactive in identifying risks.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence; a passion for teamwork and ERP or software package activities, particularly data migration.
• Experience with databases and knowledge of SQL will be considered an asset.
