Data Quality Analyst, you will work at the intersection of
data, technology, and business, helping our clients turn complexity into clarity and insights into impact.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an international environment and contribute to projects that drive
performance, innovation, and sustainable growth.
Job location: Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid 3 days)
Contract type: Indefinite duration contract
Target start date: ASAP
Working hours: Full-time (40h/week)
Compensation: 26k to 30k € gross/year

Your ImpactIn this role, you will:
- Engage directly with business entities to complete and validate data collection templates.
- Perform data quality checks and tests, ensuring that all data adheres to required formal and logical formats.
- Understand and apply data model rules, including validation thresholds within the e-procurement context.
- Identify and flag inconsistent or poor-quality data before integration into the system.
- Maintain clear and ongoing communication with entities to clarify data requirements and resolve discrepancies.
- Escalate data quality issues or anomalies to the Data Manager, providing context and suggested actions.
- Contribute to improving data management processes by proactively identifying recurring issues and proposing solutions.

What We're Looking ForMust-haves- Previous experience in a data quality and analysis environment
- Strong attention to detail and awareness of data accuracy (e.g., recognising differences such as 1234 vs. 01234 ).
- Ability to understand the business context and significance of the data collected.
- Capacity to visualise data meaning and purpose (e.g., understanding the functional use of postal codes or identifiers).
- Proactive, organised, and solution-oriented, with a structured and methodical approach to tasks.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills in French, both written and verbal, for interaction with business stakeholders.
- Strong Excel skills are needed.
- Fluency in English
- Must be a Portuguese or European citizen, or hold a valid work permit for Portugal
Nice-to-haves- Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry
- Knowledge of Python and data visualisation tools like Power BI
