JOB SUMMARY
As Digital Media Analyst, you will monitor all L’Oréal brands activities online with the goal of building and maintaining a dashboard of all digital media investment KPIs. You are performance oriented and KPI driven. You are knowledgeable in the digital space and keep digital managers and senior management aware of new techniques and technologies. You will analyze efficiency and performance in digital paid media throughout all L’Oréal Switzerland campaigns (CPM, CPC, search, Social, Etc.). In addition, you will be responsible for generating impactful reports that feed into strategies to build L’Oréal’s digital presence.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Build and maintain digital media KPIs Dashboard;
- Manage and maintain efforts on all digital media;
- Incorporate SEM strategies;
- Provide reporting and data analysis;
- Monitor, optimize and report on digital activities and performance;
- Set up and follow tagging of all our website (Google Tag Management).
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Background in digital media buying and SEM strategies;
- Strong working knowledge of all social media platforms;
- Experience in programmatic/precision advertising buying;
- Ability to think analytically;
- Solid communication skills – both verbal and written;
- Knowledge of digital media as it relates to branding;
- Your mother tongue is French or German (Swiss German) and you have a good knowledge of the other language. Furthermore, you demonstrate good English skills.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
- Double Click environment understanding;
- SEM Experience with proficiency in managing PPC accounts;
- Strong capabilities in social media analytics programs;
- Excellent Excel skills;
REQUIRED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field;
- 3-5 years professional experience;
- Experience in media agency working for cosmetics or FMCG environment preferred.
