In collaboration with colleagues, you will lead the French department to deliver outstanding teaching to every child, in every classroom, every day.

You are somebody who can:- Lead a team of teachers to deliver a high-quality educational provision within the Faculty.
- Set and uphold the highest standards for progress, attainment, teaching, and learning across the Faculty.
- Foster a positive, professional, proactive, and creative environment for staff and students alike.
- Take direct accountability for student outcomes, teaching quality, and learning standards.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in teaching methodologies, curriculum development, and resource allocation.
You are somebody who:- Is an experienced (or aspirational) inspirational leader with a proven track record of raising standards in education.
- Has a deep understanding of curriculum design, teaching methodologies, and data-driven improvement strategies.
- Demonstrates excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Is committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Possesses the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team of educators.
- Holds a degree in Education or subject-specific area, and QTS.
