Job DescriptionWe are looking for a
dedicated and results-driven leader to join our
Central Shop Operations team as a
Shop Operations Lead for our online shops in
France, Belgium, and the Netherlands. In this role, you will lead a team of
10 Shop Operations Specialists, ensuring the seamless execution of
e-commerce operations while maintaining high-quality standards in
product activation, promotions, campaigns, and website management. You will also play a key role in
driving process optimization, fostering knowledge sharing, and enhancing operational efficiency across multiple markets.
Your Responsibilities:- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10 Shop Operations Specialists, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
- Oversee all shop operations activities, including task allocation and workflow management.
- Monitor team performance, identify improvement areas, and implement action plans.
- Ensure smooth execution of key processes, such as product activation, optimizing product descriptions, assigning products to the right categories, and managing banners, landing pages, and content pages.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including the Campaigns Team, Marketing Team, Category Managers, Optimization Teams, and Business Process Outsourcing partners.
- Drive process optimization, implement best practices, and enhance operational efficiencies.
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with standards.
- Provide hands-on support during absences or periods of high workload to maintain smooth operations.
Qualifications- Fluent in French or Dutch and English (German is a plus).
- 2-3 years of experience in a related field (e-commerce preferred).
- First leadership experience is highly valued.
- Strong marketing or commercial knowledge.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and embrace new technologies and processes.
- Comfortable working in international teams.
- High attention to detail and a strong customer focus.
