About the roleOur People Services team is looking for a Employee and External Life Cycle (HR) Intern with French knowledge.
The Employee and External Life Cycle Intern is part of the team supporting France HR Operations. S/he is responsible for the support of employees from hire to retire, including job changes - change events in the career of the colleagues. The role takes part of projects and works closely with the payroll part of the same team.
What you will do:- Employee Life Cycle Management: from hiring to retiring, including contract management and job changes for employees
- Employee queries: that we answer based on global and local articles through our ticketing system
- External Workforce: data management, onboarding and offboarding of employees
- The position works closely with the GBS People Services Time and Payroll team and also country HR partners, Compliance teams, Digital team, third-party providers of payroll and benefits.
- Organization & Employee Master Data: data accuracy and data completeness
- Transversal: reporting, compliance controls, audit , continuous improvement projects
- The People Services Employee and External Life Cycle Intern reports to the GBS PPL French Cluster Lead.
About you- Strong French and good English language skills (both written and oral)
- Self-organization skills, prioritizes effectively
- Customer oriented - Strong communication and customer services skills
- Team player - Ability to work with in a diverse team with diverse stakeholders, can handle cultural differences
Education:- Active Student status for a minimum of 6 months
- BA/ BSc or Equivalent in HR or related discipline
