As ESG Data Reporting Specialist (Dutch, French, Czech or Greek) you will be joining our finance department. In the Finance department, our goal is rather straightforward: we take care of the finances for the organization and our entire family of 17 global brands. The department spans four sub-departments: Tax and Accounting; Business Planning and Performance; Investor Relations; and Treasury and Insurance. The impact on the organization is tangible: we provide insights that enable our colleagues to offer the right guidance and targets for the business, and drive innovation and change in different domains of the company. You will be given the freedom and responsibility to take ownership of your work and broaden your horizons by working together with knowledgeable colleagues from different countries who have an abundance of expertise in many areas. Your role is highly diverse and encompasses various responsibilities. Here are the key ones:- Coordinate data collection from suppliers related to deforestation risk and compliance
- Validate and analyze supplier submissions and related documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Support the preparation and submission of compliance reports to relevant internal and external parties
- Identify gaps and discrepancies in data and work with suppliers and internal teams to resolve them
- Collaborate closely with IT and process teams to improve data flows, tools, and automation related to EUDR compliance
- Support operational workflows managed by the EUDR Hub to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day tasks
- Report data back to individual AD operating companies
Requirements:- A high-school diploma is minimum (a degree in Data Science, Analytics, business studies or Sustainability is preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experiene in data analytics
- Fluency in English (both written and verbally), plus in one or more of following languages: Dutch, French, Czech, Greek
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
