As an External Sourcing Recruiter you play a supporting role towards local recruiters and hiring managers in attracting and selecting the best talents for the organization.
You maintain contact with candidates and ensure a positive application experience throughout the recruitment process.

About a role:
As an External Sourcing Recruiter you play a supporting role towards local recruiters and hiring managers in attracting and selecting the best talents for the organization.
You maintain contact with candidates and ensure a positive application experience throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and publish job postings on Oracle and on social media when required
- Source candidates on social networks
- Collect and screen CVs
- Conduct initial phone screenings (basic pre-screening)
- Schedule technical tests when necessary
- Send selected profiles to managers and ensure timely feedback
- Coordinate with local teams where interviews and salary proposals are conducted and contracts are signed
- Schedule appointments for medical examinations
- Prepare administrative files and submit them on time to HR administration service
- Draft employment contracts and send them to local recruiters
- Organize candidate arrival and onboarding (onboarding delivered by local recruiter)
- Ensure follow-up of recruitment processes and maintain data accuracy
- Monitor KPIs related to sourcing and recruitment activities
Requirements & Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or similar areas (Preferred fields of study: Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Assistance)
- Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years in a similar position
- Experience using recruitment tools and social media platforms
- Excellent written and spoken proficiency in French
- Proficiency in Oracle tools
- Good knowledge of social media platforms
- Good understanding of positions and managerial organization
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to navigate communication with diverse stakeholders
- High level of responsiveness and ability to represent the company's image professionally
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage strict timelines and ensure data accuracy
- Reliability and ability to handle sensitive data in full compliance with GDPR
- Discretion and confidentiality in all tasks
- Efficiency, methodology, and strong organizational skills with ability to balance workload and shifting priorities
- Active listening and ability to respond effectively to incoming requests
- Result-driven mindset with focus on respecting onboarding deadlines
