Job Description (General Summary)
To support the rapid expansion of our installed base in Europe, we are seeking a Field Service Technician based in the Netherlands. In this customer facing role, you will travel throughout the EMEA region, work hands on at customer sites, and play a key part in delivering Life Cycle Support for our equipment-primarily spiral conveyor technology.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements
What will you do?- Life Cycle Support of our products
- Life Cycle Assessments
- Troubleshooting
- Monitoring Equipment
- Maintenance & repairs
- Document your observations and actions in service visit reports and CRM
- Collaborate and align with Conditioning Application Engineers and the commercial team to ensure we are aligned in our service offerings and recommendations - one voice
- Perform other related service duties as assigned

Who are you? - Strong mechanical background, ideally with experience in processing or conveying equipment
- Practical technical (mechanical) skills. A hands-on problem solver
- Ability to travel (>50%) in EMEA region, work weekends and overtime when required
- Fluent in English and French (verbal and writing)
- A self-managed individual with a service mindset who is a team player
