Financial Data Analyst with French

Do you want to work in a highly dynamic environment? Are you passionate about financial markets, reference data, and data quality? Then our Fund, Fixed Income & Shares Data Management Team wants to hear from you!

We are an agile and highly motivated team responsible for managing and maintaining high-quality financial reference data across multiple systems. Our goal is to ensure data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence for our internal and external clients. In this position, you will work closely with operations, data management, IT, and client-facing teams.

We are currently looking for 3 Analysts to join our team in Warsaw.

What You Will Do

• enter and maintain reference data across multiple internal databases
• lead operational initiatives such as data automation, process optimization, and client-driven improvements
• verify data consistency and perform second-level data quality checks
• provide functional support and assistance to clients
• train new joiners, maintain documentation, and ensure adherence to procedures

What You Bring

• higher education in finance, management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in the financial data industry or a closely related environment
• strong knowledge of Funds, or Fixed Income and Shares ecosystem
• excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, autonomy, and a collaborative mindset
• fluent in French & English (spoken and written); working knowledge of Excel, SQL (a plus), JIRA, and Confluence
