We are working with a well-established international financial services firm to recruit a Financial Management Controller Management Controller for their growing operations in Warsaw. As a Financial Management ControllerManagement Controller, you will play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:- Monitoring and analysing business activity, producing insightful reports and dashboards for top management.
- Assessing financial performance, including revenue, execution costs, variable expenses, and related social charges.
- Contributing to monthly closings, ensuring proper accounting of provisions, managing intercompany recharges, and optimizing cost allocations.
- Managing the calculation of brokers' variable compensation, from accruals to final validation.
- Leading the budgeting process across all European subsidiaries, coordinating with local teams.
The ideal candidate will bring:- You hold a master's degree in business School or University (Bac+5 equivalent) and have at least 5 years of experience in financial controlling or audit, with strong accounting skills.
- You are proactive, autonomous, and enjoy working closely with operational teams.
- Your rigor, analytical mindset, and ability to synthesize information will be key assets to succeed in this role.
- You are proficient in Excel, have a strong interest in information systems (Oracle Financial, Oracle BI, etc.).
- You are fluent in English and French.
This position will place you at the centre of financial decision-making and allow you to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders in France and internationally.
