Why This Role Matters

As a Fleet Back Office Agent (French Speaker), you will play a critical role in managing fleet contracts, master data, and billing processes. Your work ensures accurate contract setup, smooth collaboration with service providers and customers, and timely invoicing-directly impacting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction across the cluster.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end fleet contract lifecycle in SAP (customer setup, contract loading, pricing, vehicle data)
• Maintain and update fleet master data (customers, vendors, contracts, pricing, fleet lists)
• Ensure accurate and timely billing, including pre-invoicing checks and month-end closure
• Handle customer and vendor queries related to invoicing, pricing, and sales orders
• Monitor and resolve system and process issues (billing errors, self-billing, intercompany transactions)
• Support operational activities such as mileage billing, vendor setup, and service provider invoice validation
• Contribute to system testing (FOS), user administration, process improvements, and team support/training

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-3 years of experience in a support role (customer service, help desk, or similar)
• Minimum 1 year experience in Fleet Back Office operations
• SAP and Excel knowledge (preferred)
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Proactive, team-oriented mindset with ability to meet deadlines and follow structured processes
