What you will do:

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner;
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance to customers;
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues;
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution;
• Document customer interactions and inquiries in D365;
• Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures;
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up to date with company updates and changes.

What you need to succeed in this role:

• Excellent English and French communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written);
• At least 1 year of experience in customer support role (technical support preferably) in a fast-paced environment;
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical support (understanding of APIs, OS, SaaS tools);
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with constant attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively;
• Exceptional interpersonal and team-player skills;
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical customers;
• Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload).
