As part of the Brandstock Trademark Searches Department, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding and growing our clients' brands. You will join a detail-oriented, meticulous team that conducts trademark searches to uncover potential conflicts, ensuring smooth and successful brand launches.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities ...

• Conducting worldwide trademark searches.
• Independently preparing and compiling search reports, as well as summarizing foreign search reports.
• Entering and evaluating information on our search platform.
• Monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely delivery.
• Corresponding with clients and colleagues.
• Preparing and reviewing cost estimates.
• Reviewing and checking the results of colleagues' reports.

• Business fluent in written and spoken French and German or English.

Job Location: Germany (preferably Munich) - hybrid

For the ideal candidate, we are happy to offer a fully remote position within Germany. However, we ask that you join us on-site for the first three months to take part in an intensive onboarding process.
