Job Description

Green Light Immigration Inc. is looking for a fluent English-French translator to assist with translations and client communication for our immigration consulting services. This is a part-time, flexible role requiring availability 3 days per week (Monday to Friday) for 2 hours per day (depending on demand).

duties:

• Translate documents, emails, and messages from English to French and vice versa.
• Handle client communication via calls and messages, providing information on immigration services.
• Ensure accurate and professional translations while maintaining the original meaning and tone.
• Assist clients by answering inquiries and guiding them through basic processes.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written).
• Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly approach.
• Experience in translation or customer service is a plus.
• No formal degree required, but it is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Canadian immigration processes is a plus.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for handling calls.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Hourly pay.
• Part-time: 3 days per week, availability for 7 hours/day (actual work time ~2 hours/day).
• Workdays: Monday to Friday (flexible hours based on demand).
