French Accounting Implementation Specialist

Description:

We are looking for a native French accountant. The main task will be to train our customers in the use of the accounting module of our software.

You will also be involved in improving our accounting module, helping to find developments that will enable our users to better analyse their business and thus
make better decisions to improve their business.

Daily duties:

• Training and assisting our customers on the accounting module of our software.
• Assisting and resolving tickets on the accounting, invoicing and management reporting module.
• Passing on customer feedback and helping to improve the module by identifying weak points and analysing the competition.

What are we looking for?

• Native French
• Good level of English and Spanish
• Accounting background, preferably in the real estate sector
• Proactive and positive attitude
• Service oriented
• You are a technology geek. If you know our products is a plus.
• You are passionate about customer care
• Training in business administration, accounting, finance, or something similar

Useful:

• Knowledge of other additional languages.
• A restless, creative person with the ability to generate ideas.
• You like to work in a team. If anything is characteristic of the Customer Care team, it is how much they help each other.
• You are curious and eager to find out what the problem is and look for solutions.
