What You'll Do

• Full-Cycle & Niche Sourcing
  Develop targeted sourcing strategies and build strong pipelines for specialized banking roles, ensuring high-quality candidate submissions.
• Bilingual Voice Screening
  Conduct initial and follow-up phone interviews in French and English, assessing language fluency, professional presence, and cultural fit.
• High-Volume Screening & Vetting
  Efficiently manage large candidate volumes for banking support roles (Admin, IT, Customer Support) while meeting aggressive time-to-fill targets.
• Pipeline Management & Compliance
  Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure full compliance with client documentation, audit, and regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual Fluency (French & English)
  Strong verbal and written communication skills with proven phone-based interview experience.
• Executive-Level Communication
  Confident, polished voice and video presence capable of professionally representing both the client and the organization.
• Strong Multitasking & Time Management
  Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting tight SLAs.
• Schedule & Location Flexibility
  Willing to work night shift and be assigned to SM North EDSA (QC), Makati, MOA, or Alabang (100% onsite)

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience in financial services or banking, OR
• Extensive experience in a high-volume staffing or RPO environment
