As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing user-generated content in accordance with community guidelines and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content in French, ensuring adherence to community standards.
• Accurately classify content based on established moderation policies and guidelines.
• Identify and report inappropriate or violating content to the appropriate teams.
• Offer insights on content trends and user interactions to improve moderation strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance moderation processes and workflows.
• Stay current with company policies related to content moderation and community engagement.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in content moderation or related roles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently apply moderation guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly convey moderation decisions.
• Ability to manage sensitive content professionally and with discretion.
• Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural and work environment.
