Heat and Control, a global leader in food processing equipment, is looking for a French Fries Industry Specialist. In this technical role, you will support the sales team, working with service and project management on technical issues, and build strong relationships with international colleagues and customers by regularly being on site.

In deze technische rol ondersteun je het verkoopteam, spar je met service- en projectmanagement over technische vraagstukken, en bouw je sterke relaties met internationale collega's en klanten door regelmatig ter plaatse aanwezig te zijn.

What will you do? | Wat ga je doen?

As a French Fries Industry Specialist at Heat and Control, you will support the service and project management team by thinking along about technically feasible solutions for commissioning the machines, conversion jobs and modifications to existing installations, among other things. In addition, you may travel with the sales team to customers for advice and to support sales. You will regularly travel to customers within and outside Europe, analyse their needs and contribute to innovative solutions for the French fries industry.

Als Specialist Fritesindustrie bij Heat and Control ondersteun je het service en projectmanagement team door mee te denken over technische haalbare oplossingen bij onder andere inbedrijfstelling van de machines, ombouw klussen en aanpassingen van bestaande installaties. Daarnaast reis je mogelijk met het verkoopteam naar klanten voor advies en ter ondersteuning van verkoop. Je reist regelmatig naar klanten binnen en buiten Europa, analyseer je hun behoeften en draag je bij aan innovatieve oplossingen voor de fritesindustrie.

• Working with service and project management about technical issues and solutions

• Supporting the sales team in customer meetings and quotations for the French fries industry

• Analyzing customer needs and local situations on site

• Communicating with different levels within customer organizations

• Travel to customers in Europe (and possibly also outside Europe) for technical support and knowledge exchange

• Contributing to product innovation based on market insights and customer feedback

• Demonstrable experience within the French fries industry
  Aantoonbare ervaring binnen de fritesindustrie
• Completed college or university education in technology or food technology
  Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in techniek of levensmiddelentechnologie
• In-depth knowledge of production processes and equipment
  Grondige kennis van productieprocessen en apparatuur
• Excellent command of Dutch and English in speech and writing
  Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels in woord en geschrift
