French Language Expert

This role is responsible for accurate and timely Order Management and delivery of complex products for the customers across a set of products providing expertise on product, technical, and process aspects for Ceasing delivery requirements. Having basic understanding of Telecom background is key to increase customer satisfaction and to ensure a high quality service fulfilled in a timely manner.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Work with Suppliers, procurement teams, Account Teams, Finance Teams and Local Teams to provide costs and orders for complex service requestsFollow and run product or service specific processesvalidate the requirements from Order Management Tool and progress accordinglyManage the handovers between the different departments during pricing and ordering activities and promptly raise and resolve any issueKeep the requestor informed about the progress of their requestHighlight possible improvements in the processAccountable for end to end timely management of Customer Complex Service RequestsPerform proactive jeopardy management and escalations to ensure adherence to SLAUpdate Service Request Management standard systems

English : Able to read, write and talk in English is an advantage
