Job Overview:

Are you fluent in French and passionate about Talent Acquisition?
We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented French-speaking Recruiter to join our dynamic global Talent Acquisition team.

In this role, you will play a key part in our end-to-end hiring processes, identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent across various departments and regions. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to help shape the future of our organization by bringing in the right people.

You will be joining an international team of recruiters, working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement. The Talent Acquisition function is global, giving you the opportunity to contribute to cross-border projects and support hiring needs across multiple countries.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide support in drafting job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and timely information.
• Provide a positive candidate experience through effective communication and feedback.
• Assist in the preparation of recruitment reports and metrics.
• Support the implementation of global recruitment strategies aligned with company goals and local market trends.
• Learn and apply international labor laws and compliance requirements during recruitment activities.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives across multiple countries to attract diverse talent.
• Assist in organizing and attending career fairs, webinars, and networking events to promote global opportunities.
• Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts by identifying inclusive hiring practices.
• Collaborate with HR teams in different regions to ensure consistent candidate experience globally.
• Translate and localize job postings for various markets, when necessary.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, foreign languages or a related field.
• Full professional fluency in French (essential) and a strong command of English
• Genuine interest in recruitment and a desire to grow in the talent acquisition field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to integrate in a workgroup whose activities are directed towards multinational and multicultural environments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition is a plus.
• Having international experience can be an asset.
