About the role
Join us as a Telecom Sourcing Factory Analyst, where your expertise in managing quotation processes and vendor relations will drive our strategic sourcing ambitions and optimize costs across our telecommunications network.
• Support Sales by managing the complete quotation process with global carriers, ensuring optimal costs are achieved through effective use of quotation tools within set timelines.
• Process manual quotes for access, analyze obtained costs versus targets, identify delays, and collaborate with Telco tower colleagues to implement improvements.
• Manage carrier relations, utilizing analytical skills to enhance market knowledge and prepare for supplier negotiations.
• Monitor and manage costs and the PNL impact, closing gaps between pre-sales and post-sales (TCO Variance).
• Handle escalations with carriers and provide support to buyers on contract management as needed.
• Contribute to tool enhancement projects and support the Telco tower team in various initiatives.
• Support contract management processes, ensuring compliance and alignment with corporate standards.
• Contribute to the preparation and review of contract paperwork, facilitating smoother transactions and fostering positive relationships with suppliers.
About you
You are a proactive professional with a strong background in telecommunications and financial analysis. Fluent in both French and English, you possess excellent negotiation and analytical skills. Your ability to effectively communicate and maintain a customer-oriented approach allows you to thrive in fast-paced environments, where you prioritize tasks and adapt to change. A degree in Engineering or Finance enhances your technical capabilities, and your ambition drives continuous learning.
Your professional skills:
• Possess foundational knowledge of telecommunications markets and practices to effectively engage with stakeholders.
• Exhibit strong analytical and financial skills to evaluate cost data and pricing structures accurately.
• Demonstrate effective negotiation skills to secure advantageous contracts with vendors.
• Have comprehensive knowledge of OBS products and partners' catalog to support sales initiatives.
• Utilize MS Office tools proficiently to analyze data and present findings clearly.
Your soft skills:
• Communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Maintain a customer-centric approach, consistently striving for results that meet client needs.
