Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the entire lifecycle of purchase orders (PO) from initiation to completion.
- Ensuring all requisition details are accurate before submission.
- Identifying and resolving errors or discrepancies in purchase orders.
- Guaranteeing timely issuance of POs to vendors.
- Monitoring orders to meet deadlines and sourcing alternatives when necessary.
- Managing inventory levels and stock control.
- Maintaining strong supplier relationships, handling disputes, and escalating issues when required.
- Providing first-level resolution for procurement-related concerns.
- Meeting procurement SLA and KPI performance targets.
- Enhancing and maintaining customer satisfaction levels.
- Ensuring cost control measures are consistently applied.
Requirements- Fluency in French and stonrg English knowledge.
- Previous experience in administrative field and PO management.
- Background in procurement or buying is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and proactive mindset.
- Ability to prioritaze and manage multiple projects simultaniously.
- Knowledge of MS Office and SAP is a plus but not required.
